Can I extract images from PDF files and save them in optional formats?

only enable you to extract images from PDF documents, but also lets you to save the extracted images in 10 selectable forms: PNG, JEPG, BMP, GIF, TIFF, TGA, PCX, ICO, JEPG 2000 File and DCX File format.
1. Launch A-PDF Image Extractor and add PDF file(s) by clicking "Add PDF documents" or "Add a directory to list" button;
2. Choose "Extracting Option" based on image size: Extract all images, Only extract small images or Only extract large images;
3. Choose PDF files from which you want to extract images: Extract All or Extract Selected;
4. The program will extract images within minutes, and you can select images that you want and delete the unwanted ones;
5. Click "Save all of images" or "Save selected images" button to choose output image format to save images.
