Solution
You can use A-PDF Page Master (free download here) to batch delete pages from PDF documents just with only 3 steps:
- Click "Batch Process" and then add PDF files to the list;
- Choose "Action->Delete Page", then click "Add Action->", you can set page range and Orientation, then click "OK";
