Solution

You can use A-PDF OCR (free download here) to extract the words exactly from picture PDF file.

Easy as 1, 2, 3 :

  1. Open PDF: choose PDF file from your computer;
  2. OCR: choose "Language" and then click "OCR all Pages";
  3. Save: click "OCR and Save" to output ocr text (you can edit the OCR Text manually before saving).
