How to scan papers and straighten for editing directly?

Is there a simple tool for me to scan papers and straighten scanned pages followly, then output as text files?

Solution

Yes, you can try A-PDF OCR (free download here) which provides optimize functionalities, such as rotate, crop and de-skew.

Follow the simple steps:

Scan file: click "File->Scan->Select scanner and scan" to list scanned pages directly;
Optimize pages: click the "de-skew" icon to specify angle for de-skewing:

Save: click "OCR and Save" to output ocr text (you can edit the OCR Text manually before saving).
