Solution

You can use A-PDF Merger (free download here) to connect two or more PDFs into one file with only three steps:
  1. Click "Add" to add files to be merged one by one, or choose "File\Add a Directory (Include sub folders)" to add a folder of PDFs directly, even you can use Drag and Drop to add PDF files
  2. Set Actions as Merge Method and merge sequence, you can also set Options in "Tools" such as Properties, Security, Bookmark, Page Number etc.
  3. Click "Merge", choose a folder and input a File name for outputting to complete the operation
