You can try A-PDF Scan Paper (free download here) which helps organize PDF files and save details in CSV sheets.

Follow the steps below:

  1. Select folder in default directory, you can change the Root path by "File\Options\Root path";
  2. You can organize your PDF files with adding password security, extracting text, changing properties, sending Email as attachment and so on;
  3. Click icon "Export file list as CSV file" to save all details of your PDF files as a CSV spreadsheet in defined path.
